Alpha+ started with a simple frustration: running a small business shouldn't mean juggling a dozen different apps just to get through the day. Between scheduling, invoicing, dispatch, payroll, and marketing, we were bouncing between so many platforms that half our time went to managing software instead of managing our business. So we built the tool we wished existed — one platform that does it all.
Alpha+ is an all-in-one CRM and field service platform for home service businesses, built by Andrew Michael while running The A Team Wash, an exterior cleaning and parking lot sweeping company in Springfield, Missouri. Alpha+ was born out of The A Team Wash, our own exterior cleaning and parking lot sweeping company based in Springfield, Missouri, serving Southwest Missouri. As the owner running day-to-day operations, every minute mattered. If a feature could save even 30 minutes a day, it was worth building. That mindset shaped everything about how Alpha+ works.
