Data Deletion

1. Delete your account from inside the app

The fastest way to permanently delete your data:

1. Sign in at myalphaplus.com.
2. Open Settings → Account.
3. Scroll to Privacy & your data.
4. Click Delete my account and confirm with your email address.

Deletion is scheduled with a 30-day grace period so you can cancel if you change your mind. After 30 days your profile, business records, clients, quotes, invoices, jobs, photos, payment history, and all connected social-account tokens (Facebook, Instagram, Google) are permanently removed from production systems.

2. Disconnect a social account only

If you only want to revoke access to a single connected platform (e.g. remove Alpha+ from your Facebook Page or Instagram Business account) without deleting your Alpha+ account:

1. Open Marketing → Connected accounts in Alpha+.
2. Click Disconnect next to the account.

You can also revoke Alpha+ from the platform directly:

• Facebook / Instagram: facebook.com/settings → Business Integrations → find Alpha+ → Remove.
• Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions → Alpha+ → Remove access.

Revoking from the platform automatically invalidates the access tokens Alpha+ holds; we delete the stored token on our next sync.

3. Email request (if you can't sign in)

If you cannot access your account, email info@theateamwash.com from the address on file with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Include:

• The email address associated with your Alpha+ account.
• Your business name (if known).
• Whether you want full account deletion or only a specific connected platform removed.

We verify ownership of the email before processing and respond within 30 days (typically within 3 business days).

4. End customers of Alpha+ businesses

If you received a quote, invoice, or service-request form from a business that uses Alpha+, that business is the data controller of your information. Contact them directly to request deletion. If they are unable to assist, email us at info@theateamwash.com and we will help facilitate the request with the business.

5. What we retain and why

After deletion, a limited set of records may be retained where required by law:

• Invoices, payments, and tax records — retained 7 years for financial compliance.
• Security and audit logs — retained up to 12 months in anonymized form.
• Suppression lists (unsubscribed email addresses) — retained indefinitely to honor your opt-out.

Everything else — profile, photos, content, social tokens, contact data — is irreversibly deleted from production within 30 days of confirmation, and from backups within 90 days as backup cycles roll over.

6. Export your data first

Before deleting, you can download a complete archive of your data from Settings → Account → Privacy & your data → Download my data. The export includes your profile, business settings, and CSVs of every record (clients, quotes, invoices, jobs, expenses, payments, time entries, audit logs).
