Security & Data Privacy
Plain language, no fine print
Your client list, invoices, and data can never be seen by another business on Alpha+ — and we test this automatically to make sure it stays true.
Your business is walled off
Every business on Alpha+ lives behind its own wall. Your clients, quotes, invoices, photos, payroll, and notes belong to your account and only your account. Another business on the platform cannot search for them, stumble onto them, or request them — there is no shared list everyone can see.
We test it, we don't assume it
Isolation is checked automatically. Before changes go live, the system runs tests that pretend to be another business and try to read your records. If anything comes back that shouldn't, the change doesn't ship. That check runs again and again, not once at the beginning.
Your team sees what you decide
Inside your own account, you set who sees what. Office staff, crew leads, and field techs can each be given the access that fits their job. Sensitive areas like payroll and financials stay limited to the people you choose.
Your customers' info is yours, not ours
The client details you collect belong to your business. We don't sell them, we don't rent them, and we don't hand them to other companies on the platform. We use them to run the features you asked for.
You can take your data out, anytime
Full CSV export is built in and always available — clients, jobs, quotes, invoices, payments. No support ticket, no waiting period, no fee. If you ever decide to leave, that's your call to make, and we won't make it difficult on purpose.
Atlas only ever sees your business
The Atlas assistant works from your data alone. It doesn't read another company's numbers to answer your question, and your numbers never show up in anyone else's answers.
The short version
- One business can never see another business's data.
- That promise is tested automatically, not just written down.
- You control who on your own team sees what.
- Your data exports to CSV whenever you want it.
- Leaving is always your choice, and always straightforward.
