Set up your business

Add your name, logo, address, and tax rate so quotes and invoices look professional.

Add your first client

Import a CSV or add one by hand. Properties, contacts, and notes live under each client.

Send your first quote

Build a quote from your services catalog and send a branded link the client can sign on their phone.

Schedule a job

Drag a job onto the calendar, assign your crew, and they'll get notifications.

Invoice and get paid

Turn approved quotes into invoices. Accept card, ACH, cash, or check.

Invite your crew

From the Team page, invite members and pick what they can see.

Is there a free trial?+

Yes. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required.

Can I switch plans later?+

Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings. Changes prorate to the current billing period.

What devices does Alpha+ work on?+

Any modern browser — desktop Chrome, mobile Chrome, Safari, Edge. We're optimized for installable web on iOS and Android.

Can my crew use it in the field without me?+

Yes. Invite team members from the Team page and they get a mobile-friendly view of just the jobs they need.

How do payments work?+

Connect your payment processor and clients can pay invoices online by card or ACH. You can also record cash and check payments manually.

What happens to my data if I cancel?+

Your data stays available to export for a reasonable period after cancellation. Then it's permanently deleted. See the Privacy Policy for details.

How do I get support?+
