Instant pricing, richer calendar, vehicle photos

  • Customers who fill out your guided intake form can now see a real price and accept it on the spot — and you get a text the moment they do.
  • Prices they turned down land in a Needs Follow-Up list so you can call them back on your own schedule.
  • Tapping a job on the calendar now shows the crew, the notes, a status change, and a text-the-client button without opening the full job.
  • Add a photo of each truck — customers tracking their tech now see who is coming and what they are driving.

Documents that connect to everything

  • Upload a file once and attach it to any job or client — then find it later by searching what is inside it, not just the file name.
  • Atlas reads uploads and fills in the type, number, and expiration date for you.
  • Every action button now shows a spinner while it works, so a slow signal can't create the same invoice twice.
  • Page walkthroughs were rewritten and now remember what you have already seen on every device you sign in from.
